If you want to invite someone to ANB guild then,
# if you know them outside WoW or,
# have known them for a long time in WoW, or
# have guilded with them before on another character, then
just invite them.
_If your character does not have permission to invite someone, send an in game message to anyone who does and they will promote you._
If you *don't* know someone very well or you have grouped only a couple times with them (or their name is Andrew) then I would suggest inviting them to a weekly run for a one off to see how some other people feel. Let people on the run know that you are thinking of inviting them and get feedback. If all goes well, invite them.
Please don't invite any more druid tanks, they suck and I'm sick of healing them.
