Misdirection is a hunter skill that redirects threat generated to another target. Since warrior tanks don't always have an instant cast ranged attack, the hunter is an obvious choice as party puller.
Misdirection allows the hunter to pull the party but send all the threat to the tank who (is meant to be able to) handles all the aggro.
