A lot of us have equipment sitting in our banks that we no longer need or use. Add a comment to this page with requests!
If you don't know exactly what item you need, request general things like "Better weapon level 25" or what ever.
If you know the exact weapon you want, find it somewhere http://www.wowhead.com, or http://wow.allakhazam.com/. Find out where it drops if its a static drop and try and persuade us to run that instance. If its a world drop you will need to be very lucky or buy it from the AH.
