Fear bomb

A fear bomb is an uncontrollable AOE fear spell that is triggered by a player in an instance. The exact cause is unknown due to post-event amnesia, but some suspected contributing factors include:

1. extreme hormonal swings in the player.
2. player boredom.
3. too much curry.
4. lolzcat
5. too many people not paying attention to how much aggro they get, no matter how much I tell them not to go attack targets other than the tank's target, which then forces me to waste my mana casting expensive fast heals on them that no-one appreciates anyway because they are too busy dps-ing a target and not watching the health bars of the party or even their own health!!!?!@?!@#?!!!!?! .....
