My First GM Experience

I was questing on my mage and got stuck on a quest in Uldum that's bugged. Unfortunately, it blocked the rest of the Ramkahan quest chain.

I submitted a GM ticket, expecting the usual service - a 24 hour wait to get a useless form letter response.

About two minutes later, I was contacted by Voaniss, who appeared in my chat window with sparkles and explosions, offering to take over my body and complete the quest for me.

I switched to Atlassia while he/she possessed my mage's body and completed the quest.

I didn't think to capture the first half of the conversation, but here's the second part:
