To break up the monotony of head butting a boss with no progress, to give other people a go, and to see content that we haven't yet, I am starting another raid.
This raid will be Thursday or Wednesday nights.

Some people from the Monday night raid have suggested they are interested in filling numbers with mains or alts until this team gets going.
Depending on numbers, levels and gear levels, it will start as a 5 man dungeon runs, then progress in to tier 11 raids.
Please comment with who you would like to bring. Main Spec and Off Spec roles will be set for each character and this may differ from the Monday raids. It depends how this team may shape up.
Priority for selection will be:
- Mains for raiders that aren't getting a run on Monday
- Alts for Monday raiders
- Mains of Monday raiders
I would also like someone else to lead this raid as I don't want to do both. Leading is simple and only requires you to do a few things:
- Put up a page each week and confirm that people will show up. Nothing worse than having 9 people turn up and take 20 minutes to pug a 10th.
- Pick where to go. Based on who is available select a raid that is appropriate for the level and raid make up.
- Deal with people who aren't happy. Trying to fit 15 people in to a raid and selecting 10 people in a role that they want to is harder than you may think.

I've put myself down for healing or melee dps, but happy to sit out in favour of someone else who doesn't get a go on Mondays. Wednesday/Thursday doesn't make a big difference for me.
