Instances
The plan so far is to organise:
- One easy tour that everyone can do,
- One longer, more strenuous tour that most people will do,
- The free self-guided Nettle cave tour,
- If people would like to do more, they can buy tickets when we get there (I've checked and they say it's unlikely that they will be completely sold out).
For the easy tour, we have booked the Orient for 3pm on the Saturday for everyone ($28 per person).
For the more difficult tour, we have booked the Jubilee at 10am on the Sunday for everyone except Kate ($32 per person).
Flasks and Feasts
The cafe at Jenolan is pretty crappy. The restaurant is pretty good.
General food plan:
- Saturday lunch on the way - maybe meet up at the Savoy at Katoomba.
- Caves House Restaurant for Saturday dinner.
- Group-catered for Sunday brekkie.
- Jirra will supply bacon, bread, maple syrup, butter and a tea-cake.
- Swoon will supply eggs.
- Furgin will supply his world famous blueberry pancakes.
- Denni will supply beer and ice-cream.
- Wobin will supply soft drinks.
- Sunday lunch, who knows?
