Based on who was coming Monday nights this was the initial plan for the team:
Raid Leader: Zungarath (Furgin)
Tanks: Rawm (DK), Lolzcat (druid)
Heals: Carlfish (pally), Miknight (priest), Mythelight (priest)
DPS: Jirra (lock), Moonburn (hunter), Zungarath (mage), Conniecrashn (mage), Boorunn (rogue)
There are a number of people on that list that run Monday nights though so we could never do ICC with this group.

- Don't put more than one of your characters on the same raid column
- Don't bring a character that you want to bring to Monday night's ICC run
- Consider the gear requirements for ICC

Thursdays nights are bad for me. I can't guarantee that I will get online in time. I'd prefer to raid on Mondays if possible.
Ahh.. please ignore my original comment. I misunderstood this. I thought it was proposing the Team 1 and Team A split that Jirra originally proposed.
As I understand it now, Monday nights will continue to have everyone involved with people rotating out. Thursday runs will be an optional second run to do fun stuff like Naxx achieves, gear up alts, etc. Amiright?
In which case, I'll only be able to make Mondays on my "one-night-a-week" pass.

No, the intention of this team is to get another team raiding ICC weekly without the need to rotate out people from Monday. If you can only raid mondays then either me or Atlassia needs to move to the thursday night, but neither of will want to to that (on a permanent basis) until the thursday night run is as reliable as the monday night.
I'm happy to shuffle stuff around, move nights etc to fit everyone in, and will do that. This is the entire purpose of the 2nd night.
Soon, in the not too distant future we will have two 10 man teams raiding ICC, which will give us a good basis to start a regular 25 man (hopefully), but lets take it slowly for now.

Cool, thanks for clarifying and organising. I'm happy to keep rotating out on Mondays until Thursday night is reliable. I'd offer to be a Thursday night raider, but it's not fair for the other people if I'm showing up randomly from 8:30pm-9:30pm.
