So do I have to conclude never going to get to raid again on a Monday? I did voice my dis-pleasure at getting frozen out whilst you tried to get past Sindy so assume this in counting against me. This is a reset so a chance to bring back people not selected for last month and yet still not included! Have checked and still have a toon listed for the Monday team.

If as the case seems Mondays are too popular and despite rotation (when not locked for Sindy/LK) not going to get in I will remove the toon. It is a bit annoying to keep a toon unsaved until the last reliable raiding day of the week and then not go. At least this time found out before the weekend so will PUG a group over weekend.

No not at all, I was going to talk to you about it last night. From what I understood you were raiding with your other guild and I suspected that you were already had plans for raiding this lock. As I said I wanted to talk to you about it in person but we weren't on at the same time.
Who do you want to bring? If you want to tank I'll sit out, if you want to heal, Rikki will sit out, if you want to DPS someone else will sit out. We will be starting from Putricide.

I wasn't on at all last night. I definitely wouldn't arrange a raid for a Monday or Thursday night to clash with a potential raid here. If you wanted to wait until you had a chance to talk to me why post the team before or not include a comment like you did for Darkmaven (that has now mysteriously appeared!)
I don't like changes after the effect as now someone has to step aside (and thanks Swoon for offering) but it isn't always that simple. If 2 healing a pally is very useful for tanks, no way I can as reliably do 2 tank healing. Leave the team as is and next time maybe post after you have talked to anyone you need to. This is unfortunately a disadvantage I have as we couldn't just chat at Atlassian but you do have my email address.
As an aside no longer raiding with Warnet on my DK as they have switched emphasis to 25M and not interested in those aside from the fact my PC struggles on some fights. Did try 25M last week with then but really didn't enjoy it. I only took the DK into Warnet when knew I was on hold for Mondays whilst team was locked.

Don't be silly, if you want to raid, I'm more than happy to put you in. I rushed the teams up Thursday afternoon when I realised I hadn't put anything together. If you want to raid, you're more than welcome to. You want to take Tirius?
I put the teams up before I spoke to you to make sure we had a full team for each week, if we have more thats good and can be worked out on the day. If we have less then that's a little harder to manage.

So, to put it reasonably bluntly, you're 'always a bit tentative' for the raid you signed up to be a part of, and going to complain every week you're not rostered on the raid that was full when you joined?

The raid I signed up for is now effectively the Monday team as they were switched. Circumstances in Real Life have changed since I joined and now I sometimes have something happening on a Thursday so can't always make it (think only missed 1 in recent times though so do try and make it). I am not going to complain every week but seeing as this raid started as a reset and only done 1 Monday in about 3 months (and only 2 were forced absence) feel it is okay to mention it as I am listed in the team. Sorry if that is not deemed acceptable. If I am not considered a member of Team Cheese then the page needs updating and I can move the Druid elsewhere.

Unfortunately tentatively means I look for someone else for the critical roles such as tanks. I'm not turning up at 8.30 and going to try an pug a tank and its not fair on other people to have them switch around if you do turn up. We may still be short a DPS and we may be able to reshuffle on the night if you can make it but I can't promise anything. If we are going to be short I need to structure it so we are short DPS and only need to pug DPS, I'm sure you understand this.

I would love to be listed as tentative on Thursdays
Did tell you when my circumstances changed some time back yet when you have created the Thursday listing for last few weeks I have been included as a tank and not marked as tentative. If left blank or put in italics people won't get the wrong impression that I am definitely coming.
For Mondays let me know if I am part of the team as currently listed as being so hence my complaints/queries when repeatedly not been selected. If there are too many drop me and then have no reason to complain. I had wanted to bring Torty to the Monday raid when you started on the harder bosses because he is my most geared toon and the one I most wanted Kingslayer on but is still a healer which is my role. But when the raid was locked for several weeks I got Torty in to a raiding guild and will now have regular raid Friday & Saturday until they switch there main focus back to 25M
. Can still bring the bring the druid if wanted which keeps it an all guild run. I just want to know if I am wanted but the impression I now get is Monday is more popular so maybe update the Team Cheese page to be the current players so no confusion possible.

By the way I really liked the decision Thursday to do a reset and then have Monday carry it on. Brilliant idea for lockout issues. I can still have either toon available to back up Mondays. Gives Monday a chance to kill a couple harder bosses in prep for sindy and feel like the night wasn't a complete wipe fest. Thursday's crowd was able to get through rot which was nice to do. Might even get farther next time.
