If you have time, have a read of the wowwiki page on Naxx. It's an interesting read.
Install DeadlyBossMods. It's a great little WoW addon that will help inform you when something bad is about to happen to you.
Bring some gold along to help pay for the flasks and fish feasts. Thatrayna spends a lot of his own gold supplying us with these and they are very very useful (I doubt we would have downed patchwerk without these buffs). 100g would be great, but if you can't afford that then bring whatever you can afford. A fish feast costs over 250g to make a stack and flasks are not cheap either.
